(“Springer Management”) takes your privacy seriously and uses its best efforts to safeguard your information.  This Privacy Policy is meant to inform you of all Springer Management policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information it receives from visitors to the Springer Management website (“Site”).

Springer Management is specifically limited to persons over the age of 13, and any personally identifiable information provided by someone under 13, or identifying someone under this age, will be deleted immediately upon discovery.
Springer Management reserves the right to terminate the use of its Site or Services at any time, in its own discretion, should it determine a user has breached this Privacy Policy or any Springer Management Terms of Use.

Personally Identifiable Information

The Springer Management Site is intended for advertising purposes only and will not collect personally identifiable information about you or require you to create an account or register directly through the Site.  Any solicitations for identifying information that appear to come from Springer Management, including requests for your name, phone number, age, credit card or other billing information, email address, physical address, and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (used to access the Site) is from a party outside Springer Management “phishing” for your personal information, should be reported to Springer Management immediately, and promptly disregarded.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Springer Management may, however, collect non-personally identifiable information, such as your computer’s browser type, language preference, referring website, date and time of each visitor request, and individual preferences.  Even if you do not register with or provide any Personal Information to Springer Management, Springer Management may collect Non-Personal Information about your use of the Springer Management Site or Services, including through external sources. 
Springer Management may use Non-Identifying Information to provide and improve its services, understand how its services are used, and enable you to enjoy and easily navigate its Site or services, and deliver products or services to you.  Springer Management may also use Non- Identifying Information for other purposes in connection with its business, including uses involving disclosures to third parties for purposes such as industry analysis. 
Upon your request, Springer Management will delete your Personal Information from its active databases and where feasible from its back-up media. You should be aware, however, that it may not be technologically possible to guarantee removal from Springer Management servers of each and every record of the information you have provided.

Security of Information
Springer Management employs administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, and will disclose to you any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted information.  However, where certain laws apply, Springer Management will cooperate with the legitimate needs of law enforcement and may be required to disclose information about you to government or law enforcement officials.  Springer Management may also disclose information where, in its sole discretion, it believes it is necessary to respond to legal claims, protect the property and rights of Springer Management, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop risky, illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity.
If you are located outside the United States, the information you provide Springer Management will be transmitted and processed in the United States and therefore subject to the privacy and regulatory laws of the United States.
